Q. What influenced you to buy the property ?
A. We built this house with Ron Jones. I just loved the location (close to the river, family friendly court which our kids played with neighbours, kids' safety with No through traffic, X-mas street party, etc.

Q. What advantages are there living in your home?
A. Open plan, being able to see the living room, family room and Patio from the kitchen. If you have young kids, it is very beneficial to keep an eye on them. close to bush and river, kids' safety, neighbours look after each other.

Q. When friends and family stay what do they point out as the benefits of your home?
A. Location; Closed to the hospital, JCU university and near the River is the best thing.  Cozy Court atmosphere; privacy, only 10 houses in our court. lovely neighbourhood.
