A - Being right next to the water moderates the apartment’s temperature.   Decent sized balcony allowing for comfortable outdoor dining / relaxing.  Attractive outlook from balcony.  Privacy whilst on the balcony in a very secure complex.  Well run Body Corporate committee with key members living on site.
