Q. What influenced you to buy the property ?
A. The peace and quiet of the area, large spacious house and grounds. Impressive design and style of the house and how it was situated on the land.
Way before we settled on this house, we would drive out to the house at night from our noisy neighbourhood and just sit in the peace & quiet, it was such a difference, so calm and full of nature.

Q. What advantages are there living in your home?
A. Master bedroom separation from the house, with excellent pool and entertainment area.
The amazing space for the children and the pets to run around in, and the tranquil setting with views from every room of green gardens and trees.
This house is such an entertainers delight, the pool will literally fit 20 – 30 people at a time, and it was fantastic for gatherings and for exercise.

Q.  When friends and family stay what do they point out as the benefits of your home?
A. They liked the size of the home and land, with the peaceful nature of the area, with nature feeling close and having the shops close also. Family and friends loved the house, not just for the obvious entertainment areas but also for the tranquility and the advantage of always being a spare bedroom available for impromptu sleep overs.

With the doors open in the master bedroom most of the year, there is a beautiful breeze throughout the room during nights, which provides a nice, peaceful natural feel.  The stunning master bedroom makes this one of the most unique homes I have ever seen, and it is always a joy to walk into at night, that room never fails to bring a smile to my face.
