Q - What influenced you to buy the property ?

A - We were looking for a spacious family home in Annandale where we were not living in our neighbours pockets and had all the luxuries of North Queensland living. This house answered the call from the moment we walked up the driveway right out to the back parkland view. With the multiple living spaces inside and a parkland rather than back neighbours we have had everything we wanted and more from this house. Being in walking distance to Annandale State School and the shops was a big tick for location for us.

Q - What advantages are there in living in your home?

A - If you like a relaxed country style feel that is close to all that Townsville has to offer, then our home is for you. Plenty of interior space, and a large pool and patio area are wonderful to relax in overlooking the parkland with birds and wallabies at your back fence.

Q - When family or friends visit, what do they point out as the benefits of your home?

A – Our large pool and outdoor area have been the location for many a get together with friends. There is nothing better than a swim and a BBQ with friends to while away a summers afternoon. Friends also often comment on the storage and size of the kitchen, perfect for entertaining, and storing away all of your kitchen knick-knacks.

During our time in this house it has definitely become our home, and it saddens us that we now must leave it.
